Positiva Property Group SL is located in the village of Los Gallardos, Almeria, and has a fully registered office there. They are also registered as a fully legal business with a SL registration number and audited processes and employ both English & Spanish personnel.

Their team out in Spain, are :-

Greg Edwards: Director of Sales & Marketing.
With a strong engineering background Greg has also studied Law as part of his Degree in Business Studies & Management and has been involved in the property and construction business for 22 years.

Caroline Edwards: Director of Finance.
Caroline is fully regulated in both Spain and the UK as a fully qualified financial advisor. She holds Financial Planning Certificates 1, 2 & 3, is also CEMAP qualified as well as being a fully qualified underwriter. Caroline has been in this business since leaving school and offers over 22 year’s experience.

Carla Ramos Diaz: 
Carla completed 4 years of 5 at Law School in Madrid, and is responsible for collating all of the legal documentation in relation to the properties that are placed on the Positiva Property Group website. None of the properties are loaded into our portfolio until we have confirmed all legal requirements which includes both resale and new properties. Carla is also fluent in both English and Spanish.

Ann-Marie Matthews: 
Ann- Marie is from a strong customer service background and is fully conversant with the area together with all properties on Positiva Property’s portfolio. She is responsible for all after sale requirements including rentals and furnishings and supports our sales team with handling enquiries.

Heather Midgley:
Heather is Positiva Property Group head of accounts with total financial control of account payments and credits.
