ERA Cyprus is the fastest growing property and land agent in Cyprus with offices in the free Famagusta area, Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia.  Matching potential property purchasers with off-plan, new and re-sale properties, the most important person in our business is our customer, whether they are the buyer or the seller.  To support the customer care process, ERA Cyprus has recently introduced the ERA Advantage Card programme.  This is a scheme that ensures that the customer receives a plastic card similar to a credit card, which identifies them as an ERA customer.  On presentation of this card to key suppliers who are partners in the programme, the customer is automatically entitled to pre-arranged discounts on key products and services such as furniture, electrical goods, soft furnishings and it even extends to hot tubs, landscape gardening and even cars.

An important part of our work with our client’s is understanding exactly the needs of the people we are speaking with and ERA’s staff are specially trained to ensure that we do not waste the time of potential buyers by showing them the wrong product.  With a huge range of properties available through ERA from one bedroom apartments through to luxury beach villas, it is essential to know exactly what the customer needs.  There are two and three bedroom villas available on the coast or in the villages, as well as five star resort apartments, so our sales consultants are trained to not only find out what the customer needs in terms of the number of bedrooms but also what type of lifestyle the client is seeking.  Cyprus is also an Island of many contrasts where the mountains can offer a quieter and cooler lifestyle than the coastal areas. Paphos lifestyle, with a tourist season that lasts the whole year is different to the Famagusta region, whose tourist season starts in April and ends in early November, returning the area to a more peaceful, local lifestyle that some desire.  However, the marinas at Larnaca and Limassol offer a difference experience and Cyprus is an Island for all tastes.

ERA Cyprus can satisfy the requirements of all property buyers with over 1500 available properties on-line and we can also help with your research because we produce a quarterly lifestyle magazine which is distributed free of charge at many outlets in Cyprus and to potential customers abroad by request.  Most free magazines of this type are nothing more than listing magazines, but ERA’s magazine, whilst containing some listing and hot properties, is a lifestyle magazine with articles on local towns, villages, events, recipes and so much more.  

The most recent issue has seen almost 20,000 copies collected within six weeks of publication and the autumn copy is currently going to print for availability in September.  In addition to the “hard copy” version, the magazine is available to read on-line at their web site via a technology called 3D Pages.  Readers of the magazine can also request a hard copy or print individual pages from the magazine if they wish to have some material for later reference.  Some samples of property that will be listed in the next issue include the following: -
 

ERA can also provide inspection trips for potential buyers who wish to make a specific visit to the Island with a view to purchasing property.  If we have a group of visitors we can take that group to view properties in the area using our own promotional vehicle, a 1961 Routemaster double-decker open topped bus, the archetypal “London bus”.  

This will be particularly relevant for purchasers interested in ERA’s exclusively promoted development at Agia Thekla, a blossoming area close to Agia Napa in the free Famagusta region.  The area is about to have a new 600 berth marina built only five minutes drive from ERA Thekla villas, together with a new golf course to be called Agia Napa Forest Golf Club, for which expressions of interest have been requested in the Cyprus press.  This will be located only ten minutes drive away from these villas and on the doorstep is the largest water park in Europe, Agia Napa Waterworld.  The project is 300 metres from the sea and five minutes drive from a blue flag beach.

This project is a total “turn-key” solution including furniture, silver electrical goods, soft furnishing, crockery, cutlery, blinds, landscaping and a swimming pool.  The legal package also includes the making of a will, essential to protect the buyer’s interests for their assets in Cyprus.  Delivering at the end of March 2011, the mortgage will include a two year payment holiday during the construction phase of the project.  This is only available through ERA Cyprus and is truly an exclusive deal.
